what's included in the epos system?
We integrate EPOS software into the Content Management System of which is the core of your ecommerce website solution which indeed is one centralised database for all of your key information related to your products and sales orders. The EPOS system will give you the following functions;
Ability to book stock "In and Out" (i.e. from EPOS till system or via eCommerce CMS)
Manage the point of sale/customer purchase by allowing for items to be scanned into till or via a manual touch screen interface
Calculation of the users running purchase total
Ability to edit/amend customers checkout items or prices before committing to final total
Production of a customer receipt at point of sale
Payments of cash to be collected and stored within the cash drawer (card payments would be independent of the system and successful payment would be confirmed on the till)
Full reporting of: Sales Transaction, Refunds, Stock Purchases, Stock Levels, Cash vs Card Payments taken (the above can be run for a given day, week or month and would be till specific)
Other benefits of our EPOS software solution include;
Stock levels will be held centrally and visible from either tills or the CMS (which may in addition be viewed remotely being web based)
Minimum stock level values will be held and if an item reaches this threshold will be alerted on screen on the till and an automated email sent as an alert
Products will be flagged with their location for easy identification
Ability to vary the selling price between different tills and eCommerce CMS
As EPOS suppliers our software systems come complete with fully functioning hardware including PC’s with TFT touch screen monitor, cash drawer with draw kicker (to allow automated opening from EPOS software), thermal receipt printer and wireless barcode scanner. All the equipment our retail clients need to start taking orders immediately.
