The Retail Fashion mcommerce application opens with a bright category page, this follows a simple design and allows the consumer to easily navigate to the required product category. As mcommerce applications are often used whilst on the move, or when time is precious it is important to make this process as streamlined as possible.

The user will then reach the product listing page of the website, this contains a refined list of products in a scrollable format and features an enticing picture, price and snippet description for each product. The most important aspect of this page is the ‘buy now’ button which should always be a prominent feature to increase conversions.

At this junction the user has to options; tap the ‘by now’ button and the product will be added to their shopping bag or tap the item for more information. The Product information page of the Retail Fashion mcommerce application still makes a feature of the ‘buy now’ button but includes a longer description of the product and further images.

Once the product has been added to the mcommerce app basket, the user can quickly and easily navigate to the basket using the bottom level navigation. When at the basket page the user is provided with a snapshot of the basket, delivery options within an easy to select drop down and promotional code field. On proceeding the customer is taken through a streamlined checkout process specifically designed to be used on the move.
