Targeted specifcally at the Small to Medium sized Enterprise (SME), Advansys can provide a complete web and mail hosting solution from a very modest cost of £3 per mailbox per month. This provides you with total peace of mind that your mail is being managed effectively.

The package includes the following:

• Free Domain Name
• 25, 250 and 1000 MB storage options per mailbox
• POP3/IMAP4 mailboxes each with anti-virus and anti-spam protection
• Complete control of email settings via your own branded control panel

In the example above, 5 employees each have their own mailboxes set up, one of which is allocated as a 'catch-all' account to collect any other email addressed to @domain.com which is not specifically sent to any of the named addresses. If required, your email can also be forwarded to another email address with the option of retaining a copy in your original mailbox. Your main email address can also be aliased to create a total of 4 valid email addresses all collecting mail at the same mailbox.

Your web site, domain and DNS entries will also be hosted and fully supported by Advansys and if required we can offer a secure server (SSL 128-Bit) for collecting sensitive data such as credit card information. If you need to create specific DNS entries we are happy to do so.
