With a history in Mail room software and hardware Twofold are an authority on business communication and data management. Two Store brings this experience and wealth of knowledge to retail customers, offering only the best products and services for scanning, printing and data storage.

what is the project brief?

Twofold Limited’s history has involved a good deal of consultation with clients, ensuring that the data management solution that the company creates is absolutely correct and fit for requirements. This desire to give customers in depth knowledge of their purchase needed to be expressed in the Two Store website, and the brief included bespoke functionality, such as easily managed brochure repositories and video embedding that would allow two fold’s customers to make the most informed decision.
Visually the website was aimed at the B2B market, with a very clean overall design and clear structure intended to allow busy customers to browse quickly and efficiently.

The Two Store site developed in line with this requirement for customer education, with custom modules created to allow for advanced product filtering, with brands being a major filtering term along with custom product types allowing customers to quickly find consumables for already purchased products. Reviews added another dimension to the online store and enhanced Twofold’s ability to continue giving excellent after sales support to their customers, something that is part of the company’s reputation

Advansys built a cleanly designed website of the site whose simple interface provides a wealth of functionality focused on customer education and a streamlined journey between education and a purchasing decision.
Video demonstrations and User generated reviews assure the customer of their product choice, while product brochure downloads allow them to verify the details with colleagues and purchasing managers. For customers needing supplies for an already purchased machine the fast filtering for consumables means that the desired part or re-fill is just a few clicks away.
Knowing that the customer would want to be able to discuss their document management solution with Two Store staff directly Advansys provided an online chat facility that lets customers have text conversations with the sales team, further ensuring that product purchased are the correct ones and maximising customer satisfaction. For Two Store this also gives them the ability to market global solutions, turning retail customers into business clients.
