Ecommerce Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Account Director your main duties will include:

  • Managing ecommerce processes on multiple client projects
  • Maintaining records of project change history
  • Digesting and understanding the project requirements
  • Liaising with the design team to make sure all design tasks are completed successfully
  • Liaising with the development team to make sure all development tasks are completed successfully
  • Ability to drive ecommerce and web development projects to successful completion

Essential Skills:

  • Strong interest/passion in Ecommerce and the web
  • Good written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Hard working and dedicated to getting the job done properly
  • Attention to detail

Desirable knowledge, although not essential:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • ASP/ASP.Net
  • Project Management Packages
