Finance and Office Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities

The suitable candidate will have experience in accounts and office administration Reporting directly to the Account Director your main duties will include:

  • Create customer and suppliers on Sage Line 50
  • Raising customer and supplier invoices
  • Managing and maintaining debt collection – credit control
  • Bank statement reconciliation
  • Assist in producing year end accounts
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns (GBP, Euro, USD)
  • Perform various administration duties including:
    • attendance and holidays
    • expenses and commissions
    • petty cash
    • keeping our internal systems up to date from an administrative perspective

Essential Skills:

  • Good written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Accounting and administration experience
  • Hard working and dedicated to getting the job done properly
  • Honest and reliable
  • Attention to detail

Desirable knowledge, although not essential:

  • SageLine 50
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
