Roles and Responsibilities

The suitable candidate will have a strong telesales / sales background – ideally in consultative/solution selling and have the ability to close sales.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director your main duties will include:

  • Generating leads either via a database or the Web and contacting them using outbound dialling
  • Digesting and understanding the customer requirements
  • Taking ownership of sales leads

Essential Skills:

  • Strong interest/passion in ecommerce/web
  • Hungry to close sales leads and earn commission
  • Aptitude to learn our solutions
  • Ability to listen to the customers issues/pains and provide solutions from a sales perspective
  • Willing to pick up the phone and farm their own sales leads
  • Good written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Hard working and dedicated to getting the job done properly
  • Attention to detail
  • To be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure
  • To enjoy working with a target-driven team environment

Desirable knowledge, although not essential:

  • Previous experience of solution selling
