Telesales/Sales Executive – Wigan Office

The suitable candidate will have a strong telesales / sales background with the ability and hunger to close new business and 'lead gen' for the Senior BDMs

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Sales Director your main duties will include:

  • Highly KPI driven - managing high outbound call volumes
  • Generating leads either via a database or the Web and contacting them using outbound dialling
  • Digesting and understanding the customer requirements
  • Hit Sales Targets
  • Closing New Business

Essential Skills:

  • Hungry to close sales leads and earn commission
  • Aptitude to learn our solutions
  • Ability to listen to the customers issues/pains and provide solutions from a sales perspective
  • Willing to pick up the phone and farm their own sales leads
  • Good written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Hard working and dedicated to getting the job done properly
  • Attention to detail
  • To be well organised and thorough, even under pressure
  • To enjoy working with a target-driven team environment

Desirable knowledge, although not essential:

  • Previous experience of solution selling
